Artisan Flavor for Every Dish

We are Jim & Kristina DeRolf, party of 6! Our family and hearts are full with our four daughters, for sure, but we love building this beautiful, crazy, and often chaotic life together!  When we first got married, on a little trip up to Geneva, we stumbled across our first flavored Olive Oil & Vinegar tasting room. We loved what we found, and owning a quaint little shop like that has kept in our hearts ever since. 

In 2020, our daughter Clara said that when she grows up she “just wants to work with her family.”  Well, that little comment sparked this whole crazy idea into motion. We decided then and there that we would do this as a family, and that we would all have a part in figuring this out. We have had the best time discovering, tasting, and deciding on our first products. We have decided to offer only the highest quality of premium infused olive oils and vinegars. All of our products are hand crafted and hand bottled, vegan, made to order for maximum freshness, made from all natural flavorings, and are third party tested for both quality and purity. 

So, what does outward mean? Well, simply put, it’s the opposite of inward. Instead of focusing on ourselves we are choosing to focus on those around us. It’s being used by God to change lives. It’s starting a business in the middle of a pandemic, because our purpose is greater than our fears. We decided early on that this company must be more about our community than ourselves. So, we will be donating a portion of all sale profits to selected not-for profits/charities benefiting the locals of Northwest Indiana. And, we look forward to sharing our love of healthy & delicious flavors, family, friendship, and community with all of you!
