Shipping

All orders are carefully packed and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your package ships. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.

For orders under that threshold, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Because our products are handled with care, please note that during periods of extreme heat, we recommend selecting expedited shipping to help preserve quality in transit.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our olive oils and vinegars, we're unable to accept returns on opened products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll make it right with an exchange.

For unopened, unused items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
