Olive Oil & Balsamic Bread Dip Recipe

At our tasting bar in Crown Point, almost every visit starts the same way: a piece of warm bread, a shallow dish of olive oil and a pool of balsamic in the middle. This is that experience, made at home in about ten minutes. It works with any of our oils, so reach for whatever bottle is open. Taste it the way we do at the bar: dip the bread in the oil alone, then the balsamic alone, then both together, and notice how each one changes the other. Set it out before dinner, bring it to a gathering, or keep it simple on a weeknight. Every oil page lists the balsamics that go with it, so it's easy to find your next favorite pairing.
