Start with a tasting of three soups, each made with extra virgin olive oil in a different way: as the base for a sauté, as a finishing drizzle, and in place of butter and cream. You'll taste how one bottle can do three very different jobs in your kitchen, and you'll go home with ideas you can use the same night. Enjoy them with fresh bread and a glass of wine or sparkling apple cider.

Then it's game time. Test your knowledge in an hour of trivia. The top three finishers each take home a 100 mL bottle of their choice from our olive oils and balsamics.

Come with friends, bring a date, or come on your own and meet someone new at the table.

• A tasting of three 5 oz soups, each showing a different way to cook with extra virgin olive oil
• Bread tasting
• A 5 oz pour of wine or sparkling apple cider
• A one-hour trivia game with prizes for the top 3 winners
