Thursday Pour is our weekly rhythm. This week, we are featuring Olea Reserve, our single-source Kalamata extra-virgin olive oil, pressed from Kalamata olives. Paired with Old World Traditional Dark Balsamic, aged Parmigiano-Reggiano, and a crisp Prosecco.
