About Us - Premium Flavored Olive Oils

We are Jim & Kristina DeRolf, a family of six! Our hearts are full with our four daughters, and we love building this beautiful, crazy, and often chaotic life together! When we first got married on a little trip to Geneva, we stumbled across our first flavored Olive Oil & Vinegar tasting room. We fell in love with what we found, and the dream of owning a quaint little shop like that has stayed in our hearts ever since.  

In 2020, our daughter Clara expressed that when she grows up, she 'just wants to work with her family.' That simple comment sparked an exciting idea into motion. We decided then and there to embark on this journey as a family, ensuring that each of us would have a role in shaping our vision. We have had an incredible time discovering and tasting our first products, and we are proud to offer only the highest quality premium infused olive oils and artisan vinegar. All of our products are handcrafted and hand bottled, vegan, made to order for maximum freshness, and created from all-natural flavorings. Each product is also third-party tested for both quality and purity.  

So, what does outward mean? Simply put, it’s the opposite of inward. Instead of focusing solely on ourselves, we choose to focus on those around us. It’s about being used by God to change lives and starting a family-owned business in the middle of a pandemic because our purpose is greater than our fears. We decided early on that this company must be more about our community than ourselves. Therefore, we will donate a portion of all sale profits to selected non-profits and charities benefiting the locals of Northwest Indiana. We look forward to sharing our love of healthy and delicious flavors, family, friendship, and community with all of you!
