Our Signature Estate Collection features Greek extra virgin olive oils from a single family estate, cold-fused with locally sourced fruits and herbs during the milling process. Every ingredient grown and gathered in Greece. No additives, no artificial flavors — just the honest, layered complexity that only comes from doing things the old way.
These are the oils you open for a reason.
The collection's flagship is the Olea Reserve — an unfused, early harvest Kalamata EVOO that stands entirely on its own.
